Warringah Day Surgery welcomes any feedback that you may have as we see this as an opportunity to further improve our services.

Every patient will be provided with the opportunity to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey after they are discharged. All feedback is reviewed, with results being collated, and follow-up is conducted by our managers and committees as and where appropriate.
