Warringah Day Surgery welcomes any feedback that you may have as we see this as an opportunity to further improve our services.

Every visitor will be provided with the opportunity to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey at the surgery whilst they are in recovery. All feedback is reviewed with results being collated and follow-up conducted by our appropriate managers and committees.
